The house has two floors, each with its own open living space. The ground floor offers lots of seating for extended meals, board game nights and curling up in front of the fire.
Just as comfy: the upstairs living room with its wood balm ceiling.
The Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be pushed together.
The living area upstairs has a comfortable pull-out sofa, meaning that Villa Ionas sleeps up to six guests.

The Villa’s well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and everything else you might need.
There is a ¾ bathroom equipped with a shower on each floor.
The entire residence is air-conditioned.
In Katouna there are many free-running, often trusting cats, which also come to the property.
